- Each team must register and pay participation fee up-front. Early registration is open until July 24 at the discounted rate of $150. After July 24 and up until the registration deadline on August 7 the fee will be $200. After the deadline there will be a penalty in the amount of $50, thus it will cost $250 to register. These guidelines will be strictly followed.
- The games will start at 9:00 am on Saturday, August 19th, 2017.
- Please let us know beforehand if your team is planning to come on Friday so we can arrange for your stay overnight.

- Familiarize yourself with game rules before proceeding with registration.
- Send a registration request using the form below. Please make sure to fill out all of the fields, so that we will be able to get in touch with your pastor.
- We will contact your pastor, and once we have a full agreement from him for your team’s participation we will email you a link to the registration page.
- Once you receive the link, register your team online. Note that you will have to pay a team fee at the time of registration using a credit card or a PayPal account. Also have your team information ready (names, years of birth and places of birth). Read about our refund policy and other “fine print” details.
- Once you are registered, expect to see a confirmation email from us.
