What is the refund policy?

You can receive a full refund if you cancel your registration by August 7th. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your registration beyond that date, because there are certain costs associated with purchases made for each team.

What form of payment do you take?

All payments are processed through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use their service. You can check out as a guest and use your debit card or your credit card.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

No, once your team is registered, you cannot transfer your registration to another team. But you can, however, get a full refund on your registration if your plans change.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can update your registration information any time or any day you want, as long as it’s before August 7th.

What happens if it rains?

As of right now, the event will take place rain or shine.
